The Site is the public marketing and informational website of Hoelscher Automation LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. The Site describes consulting services and software products offered by Hoelscher Automation LLC.

Software products listed on the Site (including Cortex Knowledge) are governed by their own separate license agreements provided at the time of installation or purchase. Nothing on the Site constitutes a license to any such product.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the Site without express written permission
• Use automated systems (bots, crawlers) in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on the Site
• Impersonate Hoelscher Automation LLC or any other person
• Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice. Information about software capabilities, pricing, timelines, or outcomes is provided for general reference; specific terms apply only when memorialized in a signed engagement letter.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoelscher Automation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Total liability of Hoelscher Automation LLC for any claim arising from your use of the Site (separate from any signed engagement) shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
